My practice is based on research and focuses on issues dealing with body, politics, ecology, feminism and materiality. My practice is centralised around raw materials. I been during research around the extraction of raw materials for years. My boots are stuck in the gravel pit – I work in the transitions. Im proud of my practice and what I do. I feel great when I can make gravel and sand interesting to others!
I believe that we are in an urgent state were we have to reinvent and recreate our knowledge and relationship to our landscape, I believe we need to rediscover ourselves in the materials of the landscape, through new stories. To be able to question the existing and be more present in the world. We need to think about what forms and reforms the world. And what kind of world we want to live in an new way.
